This is how you know they’re actually brothers.

this is my favourite scene in the movie i’m not even kidding

I love this scene the most, because Loki is somewhat trying to help and Thor is just done.

mainstream tumblr feminism may have many glaring faults but it has bred an army of teenage girls who understand the common ways that misogyny is reinforced in society and who know that they’re better off loving their fellow woman than fighting with her and that’s actually pretty damn revolutionary

That moment in your childhood when you realize that Diagon Alley is just the word diagonally….

image

And the Mirror of Erised is just the word desire backwards.

Didn’t even realize. Does that mean Knockturn Alley is nocturnally (dark/night)?

Yes, and Grimmauld Place is a play on grim old place.

DUDE.

And Dumbledore is just a dumb old door

This is true. I saw a documentary about it. Men’s orgasm faces are allowed in teenage comedies rated PG13, but women’s orgasm faces can often push it into NC-17 territory, no joke.

This is pretty much the equation:

women receiving abuse = PG-13/R

women receiving pleasure = R/NC-17

Ugh. I did a speech on this shit, and watched the documentary about it. Pisses me the fuck off.

So absolutely ridiculous. Yes, please, show us being raped, murdered, mutilated; but don’t you dare show us engaging in sexual gratification. Because that would be…obscene.

Remember all the times that your heart was ripped from your chest?

Disney movies (and others like it) taught us how to love, how to cherish life and how powerful death can be. At a young age, these were very important lessons.

YOU MOTHERFUCKER TOY STORY THREE CAME OUT WHEN I WAS 18 AND I BALWED LIKE A BABY YOUNG AGE MY FOOT

True fact, when I saw Toy Story 3 the theater was packed with teens and young adults and not a child in sight.

Every one of them was bawling by the end of the movie.

The fuck thought it was a good idea to put every single emotionally traumatising childhood moment in the same gifset??!!!!
